Patrick Pearce is Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southeastern Development and Consulting Group, Inc.

Patrick has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, negotiations, strategy planning, construction management, land acquisition and zoning ordinances.

Patrick has extensive consulting experience in residential and commercial development, and has negotiated multi million dollars contracts with State Governments.

Although Patrick has gone on to pursue studies in law and medicine, he continues to maintain his “hands on” experience and roots in residential and commercial development, construction management, negotiations, strategy planning, land acquisition, etc., that he learned from his family of Builders and Architects.

Patrick works closely as an In House Attorney with Synergy Legal Professionals, Inc. and has worked for Fager and Amsler, ESQS in East Meadows, New York. He has been a consultant and strategist for various Builders and Construction Companies.

Patrick also has extensive experience in State Government and Legislation.
